BESPOKE

Cancellation within 48 hours of payment: If you need to cancel your order within 48 hours of making payment, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation after 48 hours but before production begins: If your order is canceled after the 48-hour window but before production starts, we can offer a refund minus a 25% processing and administrative fee.

Refunds after production has begun: Unfortunately, once production has started, we cannot offer a refund due to the bespoke nature of the garment.

READY TO WEAR

In shooting our products, we take the utmost care to accurately represent the colors, styling, and details of the garment. However, we understand thatthere may be minor differences within
computers in how the garment is presented.
Please do keep this in mind when purchasing products on our website. • Items purchased at full price qualify for a return (refund against store credit) or exchange if
*communicated within 7 days of receipt of the package
*Item is returned with all labels and attached in original packaging • We reserve the right to refuse a return on garments after 7 days from receipt or items not in
the same condition as you received them in.
*Items purchased on sale, discounted, or using promotional codes are not eligible for a refund.
These may however be exchanged.
*Orders may be canceled within 24 hours from purchase so long as the item has not yet been
shipped.
*All garments will be quarantined for a period of 72 hours upon return. Once opened and
inspected, the refund/exchange process will be initiated.
*Refund will be issued within 7-15 days in the format of store credit.
*No returns or COD on customizations
*We are unable to offer exchanges or returns against orders shipping outside Nigeria.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all orders within Lagos, Nigeria for free. Shipping to other states in Nigeria will require a shipping charge.
A minimum shipping charge will be calculated at checkout by Country and Location.
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Therefore, all customs and duties are to be borne by the customer.
All Products are subject to availability. Once an order is placed you will receive an email confirmation containing the detail of your order.
We ship to almost all major countries.
